椅子の学び舎  Chair Laboratory

埼玉県から移築した築95年の古民家に、武蔵野美術大学名誉教授・島崎信氏のコレクションを中心とした約250脚の椅子を展示しています。

A relocated traditional folk house from Saitama Prefecture. Approximately 250 chairs from around the world are on display.

椅子の学び舎の２階で絶景の富士山を楽しみながら、フェアトレードの自家焙煎珈琲を味わえるカフェです。

Enjoy the magnificent view of Mt.Fuji from the second floor of the Chair Laboratory while sipping a calming cup of fair trade, in-house roasted coffee.

材料倉庫　wood storage

家具用の広葉樹が主に乾燥、保管しています。南面の下屋は雨天時のワークショップにも使う予定です。

倉庫西側にはwoodmizer(簡易製材機)を置く予定です。

Hardwoods for furniture are being dried and stored. The south-facing shed will be used for workshops in case of rain.

ツリーハウス  Tree House 

2017年の夏休みに吉野家で建築。

A project the Yoshino family undertook in the summer of 2017.

羊小屋  Sheep Barn

7頭の羊がいます！大人しいのでふれ合うこともできます！

The home of 7 friendly and fluffy sheep.

芝生の広場  Grass Field

若干の傾斜がありますが、キャンプもできます！

Picnics, camps and relaxing with the sounds of nature.

屋外ステージ  Outdoor Stage

今は、woodmizer（簡易製材機）を置く建物として使っていますが、将来的に屋外ステージに改装して森の中の音楽会ができたらなぁ、なんて計画(妄想)しています。

At present, it is used as a building to house a woodmizer , but we have a plan to convert it into an outdoor stage in the future and hold a music concert in the forest.
